Barcelona Conference on City and Cultural Heritage

Whilst attending the Barcelona Conference, Ideal Spaces members Ulrich Gehmann and Andreas Sieß will present a paper dealing with the loss of free citizenship and cultural heritage. The focus is on democracy as an endangered cultural heritage, and the concept of the free citizen as being essential for democracy.
